These events or trainings are all organised to help us to make the Energy Shift and reduce our energy waste/costs more easily and rapidly. At present, they are all in Devon.

12-5pm, Saturday, 11th November, 2023.

Venue: Totnes Civic Hall, TQ9 5SN.

An afternoon event providing:

  • Energy advice
  • Retrofit advice
  • Grant advice
  • Council support schemes (local and district)
  • Household bills saving advice
  • Low carbon heating & renewable energy information
  • Carbon footprinting
  • General household financial support
  • Information about Energy Local Clubs
  • Solar panel installers
  • Renewable energy loan advice

There will be stalls, workshops, speakers, videos, a cafe and more.

The Energy Wise Show 2022

Saturday, 29th October, 2022.

The first Energy Saving and Energy Transitions Event was held in the Autumn of 2022 in response to the massive energy cost increases, the cost of living crisis and our general need to shift towards renewable and sustainable energy sources /technology.

People came to get advice about reducing energy consumption and costs, draft proofing, grants, retrofitting, trading locally generated renewable energy, carbon footprint assessment, as well as showcasing some of the low carbon and renewable energy technology and the companies that can provide it locally

The event included stalls, workshops, speakers, videos, a cafe and more.

Reducing Our Energy Costs Together 2022

Monday 30th May, 2022.

This event was held to help the local communities to learn how they might reduce their energy bills. It included an inspiring film, some great speakers and an energy advisor who was able to help people with specific suggestions for them and their homes.
